What you can craft
The RF Online 2.2.3.2 client has 1,216 crafting recipes for standard gear: weapons, shields, helmets, upper and lower armor, gloves, shoes and ammunition, from level 1 up to level 55. Each recipe lists a handful of ores and monster materials in fixed amounts.
Leon, Relic and other rare gear are not crafted this way. They come from combinations, which are covered in the Leon weapon combination guide.
The materials you need most
A small set of materials appears in most recipes, so it pays to stockpile them. The table lists the most-used ones and the monsters with the best drop chance for each (base server rate; your server's drop rate multiplies it). Click a material to see every monster that drops it and every NPC that sells it.

Plan a crafting run
Before you farm, add everything you want to make to the RF Online crafting calculator. It adds up every material across all your items, so one farming trip covers the whole set.
Materials marked as not dropped by monsters have to come from other sources such as mining and ore processing, NPC shops or trading. Check each material's page in the item database for its sources.
