PvP and guild-war server that starts new characters with CCR gear and free premium.
RF Nevermind gives every new character a CCR gear package, three days of free premium and an x4 party-point potion. Its rules cover PvP, guild wars, towers and sieges.
The site doesn't list its rates or level cap in text, so check its Discord before you join.
