Bellato vs Cora vs Accretia: Which RF Online Race to Play
The three RF Online races compared: what makes Bellato, Cora and Accretia different, which play styles each suits, and how to pick on a private server.

The three races
RF Online has three playable races at war over the planet Novus: the Bellato Union, the Holy Alliance of Cora and the Accretia Empire. Each race has its own headquarters, maps, gear and classes, and the three fight together in the Chip War, the race-versus-race battle at the heart of RF.
You pick your race when you create a character, and it decides your gear, your skills and who your enemies are, so it's the biggest choice you make.
Bellato: the engineers
Bellato are small, quick and technology-minded. They use both technology and Force (magic), leaning on technology for damage and Force for support. Their signature is the MAU: giant armored war machines, the tanky Goliath and the ranged Catapult, that Bellato can pilot into battle. Bellato suit players who like versatile builds.
Cora: masters of Force
Cora lean hardest on Force, RF's magic system. Their Spiritualists can summon Animus, spirit companions such as Paimon, Inanna, Hecate and Isis, that fight alongside them, from tanking to healing to damage. Cora suit players who like spellcasting, summons and supporting a group.
Accretia: the war machines
Accretia are cyborgs who rely entirely on technology: they have no Force (magic) and no Spiritualist class. Instead they bring heavy weapons, armor and launchers, and use Siege Kits to lock down and deal heavy ranged damage. Accretia suit players who want a straightforward, hard-hitting fighter.
How to pick on a private server
Play the race whose style you enjoy, but check the server's race balance first: on a private server, the smaller race often struggles in Chip War, and some servers give it bonuses. The server's Discord is the best place to ask.
Every race starts with the Warrior, Ranger and Specialist classes, and Bellato and Cora also have the Spiritualist (Force caster). At level 30, and again at level 40, you promote into a more specialised class. Detailed build guides for Accretia Siege Kits, Bellato MAUs and Cora Animus are in progress.
